Bridgebank Capital has announced the appointment of Robert Heywood as a national Business Development Manager to directly support the needs of the residential Buy to Let investor sector. Robert is tasked with working directly alongside his extensive contacts of experienced residential property investors, to help grow their portfolio opportunities further.

Robert joins Bridgebank Capital with over 12 years extensive experience from a financial services and mortgage industry background, having held senior roles as a Financial Planning Consultant and a Business Development Manager where he carved out a niche within the residential investment sector advising and arranging finance for both corporate and private residential investors.

Bridgebank Capital has welcomed Adam Powell to its national Business Development team to expand the company’s activity and coverage across the Home Counties and M4 Corridor.

With previous experience gained with organisations that provide mortgage packaging and broker solutions, Adam benefits from an understanding of the roles of all parties involved in the bridging finance process. This knowledge supports Adam in his approach to working with brokers and providing the highest standards of customer service.

Having operated within this sector for over 25 years, Adam has developed an extensive broker / introducer network within the M4 corridor region that he will look to maintain and expand upon within his role at Bridgebank Capital.

Adam has a proven track record of generating new business and retaining relationships with existing brokers which demonstrates his commitment and dedication to providing the highest standards of service.

Bridgebank Capital is delighted to announce the appointment of Jim Baker as its newest recruit to its Business Development team.

Jim holds a wealth of knowledge and experience acquired from over 20 years within the financial services industry, having held senior and account management positions with a number of lenders and property groups including Rooftop Mortgages and TMB.

Jim will offer a dedicated support function to brokers within the North West, and will build upon Bridgebank Capital’s current lending activity and network within this area, facilitating the company’s projected growth in the region.

Having secured the position of ‘top performing account manager’ within previous roles, Jim is focused on securing deals, and ensuring targeted organisational growth is achieved through securing new business from brokers.
