Our Criteria

Bridgebank Capital recognises that each bridging and short term finance agreement is unique, and that all applications must be considered on their own merit.

Bridgebank Capital is a whole of market lender in terms of property type, location and loan size.

Given certain criteria, such as additional security, we will consider loans of up to 100% of the value of the primary secured property.

We Will Lend Against:

  • Residential developments
  • Commercial property
  • Commercial development
  • Mixed use property schemes
  • Offices
  • Retail property
  • Investment property – residential and commercial
  • Property conversion

Criteria for Lending:

  • UK wide lending – England, Wales and Scotland
  • First charge lending
  • First and second charge blended charge lending available
  • Competitive interest rates from 0.85%
  • Loan terms – 1 day to 12 months
  • Minimum loan size – £125,000
  • No maximum loan size
  • No upfront processing fees
